How much does it cost? The Directory is completely free. Matchmaker is £49.99 a month once you're invited into the beta. Applying is free.
How do I get into Matchmaker? Get listed in the Directory first (free), then apply for beta access. Applications are hand-reviewed and invites go out in small batches while we're in beta.
How long until I get matched? It depends on demand for what you offer. Some founders are matched within days; others take longer. We only intro when there's a real fit.
Who actually sees my profile? Our team of curators can see all details. Demand-side users (investors, buyers, media) can browse profiles, or tell us what they're looking for and we bring them a shortlist.
What does 'vetted' mean? We review every application. We're not gatekeepers on stage or revenue — we check that the startup is real, the founder is reachable, and the data is honest.
What if I'm not accepted? We'll let you know and explain why. If it's a fit issue (e.g. you're a service business — we focus on product), we'll be upfront.
Can I update my profile? Yes — log in any time to edit it, pause matching for specific audiences, or add new audiences you want to be matched with.
What kinds of startups do you accept? Product-based startups, including CPG and physical goods. We don't take service businesses.
